Not as expected from the photos.

Staff was friendly and nice, I enjoyed the pool.

The pool could be maintained better it’s was a bit dirty, the room is not as nice as it is shown in the photos, bathtub dirty and mirror cracked and stained. Weird smell in bathroom

Good value for money spent.

The location was excellent and staff were super friendly and helpful.

The bathrooms were very old and need to be upgraded. One of the toilets didn’t flush and the shower heads were rusty.

We stayed here one night before heading to Gili T. The hotel was cheap and for the price clean and comfortable and in a good location.

The hotel is a bit dated but is clean and well priced

Quiet and close to Kuta

Generous sized room, plenty of electrical outlets, nice bathroom, comfy bed tasty breakfast buffet.

A lift would have been nice and banana and pineapple at breakfast.

Enjoyed our stay and interreacted well with the very friendly staff.

Staff were very friendly.

Internet was very poor. Only soap provided in room. While pleasant and a sort of oasis in the middle of a busy area, the property was a bit run down - but this probably goes with the heat and humidity to be expected in Bali.

Never ever!!!!

The only thing- location is ok

Rooms are dark and not clean. Staff have exceptionally unhappy faces especially at breakfast area. All this is still survivable. But.... We checked in to the room late evening. Soon it appears A/C didnt work so they moved us to another room. Excidently I left my shoes in the balcony of other room. When we found it out we asked receptionist to get it back. They said its not their problem and didnt return it back. Congratulations to the old room cleaning man who has the new shoes now. ???? We can tolerate everything but not theft!!! STAY AWAY!!!!

Really nice swimming pool but lack of wifi in the room made for an inconvenient stay!

Room was nice; clean and spacious. Equipped with fridge, air conditioning, TV, toiletries and a balcony. Swimming pool was really nice with lots of sunbeds surrounding it and floatation devices in the pool to relax on. Location quite good; restaurants, bars and shops nearby, beach about a 20 minute walk away. Restaurant at the hotel did nice, relatively cheap, food.

Air con was leaking. Wifi did not work in our room, despite booking.com saying wifi was available in all areas so we had to go to reception (which was very hot and full of mosquitos) to use the wifi. Ordinarily we wouldn't have minded as much but given the fact we had flights to book and lots of further planning to do for our travels we needed to use the Internet a lot so it was rather inconvenient. Booking.com also said we would receive a welcome drink. We did not get this, however did see many other people receive theirs whilst we were sat in reception using the wifi.

Terrible staff and extremely dirty!

Terrible hotel, Rooms were terrible, bathroom was disgusting and dirty. air con didn't work. The staff entered the room even with a do not disturb sign on the door. Staff were absolutely useless!

I'll be back and hope for a better room.

Ambiance of garden and pool with good service. Good proximity to beach and shopping. Away from night clubs and noisy bars. Easy of travel to and from air-port was better than heart of Kuta. With a true Balinese feel.

Plumbing in bathroom bad. Noisy old bed, and broken tiles. The worst was the holey towel. My first stay had bed bugs.

will stay there next year, so cheap and convenient.

Great location near excellent local and touristy eating venues. Walk everywhere, right by Kuta central, not noisy. Two street access, local transport to airport, not taxi for 70,000rup. huge rooms.

No kettle in room, not a big deal, a pot was 15000rup

Plus: Room is above average. Location is good. Pool is nice. Breakfast is good for the price.

Minus: Electric kettle is not clean. Has some deposited particle on the heating element. Kind of disgusting.
